House of Acne Paper

The new issue of Acne Paper revolves around the idea of a home with a whimsical collection of furniture, artwork, and objects. To furnish our imaginary home, we have searched through time and space for what is unique: from the most interesting pieces by contemporary designers to iconic objects from the history of decorative arts, from surrealist art objects to ancient antiques and priceless masterpieces.

The house consists of nine rooms and a garden: ten chapters that present a photographic story made by some of today’s most exciting image creators. Behind each door is also a conversation, an informal interview with ten remarkable personalities from the worlds of art, design, architecture, performance, literature and interior design.
